Rugitalita is oldest Air tribe' city in the Grom. It is the capital of their lands, because The yellow council was located there. There lives aproximately 2 000 people. City flies hundreds of feet above the Melted Lake.
History[]
It is known that city is built some years before start of the First era. In year 82 TE Magnumar and his forces attacked city and killed aproximately 200 people. In year 85 TE in the Above square Alichi Tri founded Air monarchy, and in year 91 TE he crowned Nalgaron Tri as a king.
